Shireen Taleghani Yates, co-founder and CEO of 6SensorLabs, has developed a small, portable device that will enable people to test their food for gluten levels right at the table. I hope the price really is reasonable enough that the device will accessible for everyone who really needs it.. Eating gluten-free seems to be getting easier, in some ways, every day!   2. I read about this! I can’t wait to learn more about how it works, as in what level of gluten it can detect. BUT, the coolest part I thought was how they think you’ll be able to update your results at different restaurants, so we’ll have a guide of what restaurants truly are gluten free. That is the most interesting part to me! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
