  2. I read about this! I can’t wait to learn more about how it works, as in what level of gluten it can detect. BUT, the coolest part I thought was how they think you’ll be able to update your results at different restaurants, so we’ll have a guide of what restaurants truly are gluten free. That is the most interesting part to me! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
